Async Reiki

Don't have time to meet for a live one-on-one Reiki session? With Async Reiki, I'll send you Reiki for 30 minutes. All you need to do is be open to receiving Reiki, and you'll be free to go about your week. Within the week, you'll get an email from me to let you know your session is beginning. You're welcome to go about your day or use this as an excuse to relax for 30 minutes. By the end of the week, you'll receive another email from me with your recording of this session. The beginning of the recording will include a guided meditation. You can replay this session as many times as you like, play the whole session in the background as you work, listen to just the guided meditation as needed, or hit play as you lay down to sleep (my personal favorite way to use Reiki meditations). When you make this purchase, you'll get a sample of background music you can choose from or decline to have any background music play in the recording of your session. Next, you'll need to fill out a quick intake form where you can share your needs, goals, and preferences. When you submit the form, you'll get an email confirmation that it's been received.
